Fran founded Kingsley Business Service, Inc. in the 1980's to provide financial and tax consulting to Venture Capital firms, in additon to personal accounting services to individuals. Over the past 30 years, Fran has focused the business on providing sound, accurate and timely advice to all of his clients. He focuses on overseeing the entire financial picture for a client including tax preparation and advice. He received his Accounting degree from Bentley University and now serves on their Board of Trustees.

Sharon joined her father Fran in January 2002 after working in Human Resources for several years. She specialized in data management, compensation consulting, employee relations and budget management. Sharon uses those experiences to develop reports and processes to ensure clients get the most from the services provided by Kingsley Business Service, Inc. She received a dual BS in Human Resources Management and Producing for Electronic Media from Syracuse University and her Masters in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. In 2000, Sharon received her professional certification in corporate compensation. In 2009, Sharon received her Masters in Taxation from Bentley University. She is also an Enrolled Agent, admited to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Kathleen joined the firm in September 2003 after over 12 years of senior financial experience roles in service organizations. Her expertise includes cash management, budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation & analysis, compensation and benefits. Kathleen will focus her time on tax preparation and advice, as well as client account management. She is also available to provide consulting services to organizations and individuals in the areas of finance and accounting. She received her BS in Accounting from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephanie joined the firm in February 2010 after over 10 years of financial management roles in service organizations. Her experience includes budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation, analysis, compensation and benefits. She will draw on her experience to provide quality client service and reporting. In 1999, Stephanie received her MBA from Bentley University. She is also an Enrolled Agent, admited to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Kristin joined Kingsley Business Service in November of 2007, as the office assistant. Kristin primarily assists in daily attention to all client needs. Kristin manages all client bills and data entry required to reflect the most current and accurate information. Kristin is currently attending UMass Lowell part-time completing her BA in Accounting.
